I would like to thank you for all your help in finding our new home. Mona and I actually enjoyed the time spent with you searching for it. You made it so easy and a little less stressful than we thought it would be. You ended up not only being our realtor but a friend as well. You take your job seriously, but rely more on the information given to you by your clients to keep them informed of homes that they are looking for. When we would go to look at the houses you were there to help look at the home not just to show it to us. We walked through the house looking for any of the signs of disrepair or just things that could cause a problem in the future. I remember one house we looked at where the owners had let the dog burrow almost completely under the back porch, while we were trying to see how far the dog had gotten the kids were showing you their friendly ant family that was living in the back corner of their property.

One of the things that I was truly impressed with is your web site that you have for your clients. Every day Mona and I would get into our e-mail to find another update of house listings. Not only would it show us new homes on the market but the ones that are already in escrow or someone put a bid on it. It was nice to know that the homes that we would get are only the ones with the specifications that we had asked for. We could set our own parameters to find the house that we wanted to look at. We could change it at any time to widen the search or condense it to a more local area. We could change the price range or the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms we wanted. It was nice to find someone that was really looking out for our interests and not his own. You made it easy for us to find the houses we wanted to see with your web site.

It has been almost a year since we moved into our new home and we still like talking to you about how the home is and how we are doing. It was nice to find someone that still cares about the people they help and wish to help them find the one place they feel at home in this selfish world.
